RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To begin a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 9 1st April Avenue, Paralimni, 5281 Cyprus or by Akis Express to Akis Express Paralimni branch or by Travel Express to Travel Express Paralimni branch.
Note on Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. In addition, any original shipping costs—even if not charged to the customer due to promotional free shipping—will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exception to Shipping Costs Deduction: The full amount, including any original shipping costs, will be refunded only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on outlet items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 30 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customer-Caused Damage Deduction: In the event that an item is returned with damage caused by the customer, and the item needs to be repaired in order to be resold as a refurbished good, a deduction will be made from the refund amount. The exact deduction amount will be determined upon the item’s return and the extent of the damage.
Returns of Furniture and Large Items: In the case of furniture, garden toys, and other large or bulky items, please be advised that we do not refund any associated costs such as warehousing, delivery, and assembly/disassembly when these items are returned. If such items are delivered and assembled at your location, and you later decide to return them, the following costs will be deducted from your refund amount:
- Manpower Costs: The labor involved in disassembling and packing the item for return.
- Delivery and Gas Expenses: The cost of fuel and other expenses related to transporting the item back to our warehouse.
- Warehousing Fees: Any cost associated with storing the item back in our warehouse.
